She obtained her Bachelor's in Political Science in Boston, Massachusetts, then hopped down the coast to Washington, DC to pursue a Master's in Peace and Conflict Resolution. She now lives in the New York City area. The Maiden and Her Monster is her first novel and was an instant USA Today bestseller.
